In office Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm , location is San Marcos, California.
Qualifications:
Travel between TrueCare locations in North County and in Perris, therefore a valid California Driver's License, proof of valid automobile insurance and a clean driving record is required.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in nursing or a healthcare related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience in a healthcare related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a healthcare setting.
Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience working with quality improvement.
Experience working with quality improvement data and quality improvement methodologies (Plan Do-Study-Act, root cause analysis, etc.).
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional experience in community health.
Lean Six Sigma Certification.
Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
The pay range for this role is $80,850 to a maximum of $ 121,274, during the lifespan of this title.
