Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? TrueCare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a vital role in creating a seamless and positive candidate experience for our growing organization.
As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, you'll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes, coordinate complex schedules, and provide top-notch communication to candidates. You'll be an ambassador of TrueCare’s mission, helping us build a team that serves our communities with care and compassion.
Coordinate interviews across various formats: phone, video, and on-site.
Manage complex interview schedules, including panels, multi-site visits, and multi-day sessions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a welcoming experience.
Assist the TA Team with job postings, recruitment marketing, and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support recruitment events like career fairs, community events, and hiring days.
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to improve processes and workflows.
Ensure accurate data for reporting and metrics tracking.
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field – or equivalent experience.
3+ years in recruitment coordination or a similar HR support role.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in ATS platforms and MS Office Suite, including Outlook.
Experience in healthcare recruiting, HR functions, or working in an FQHC or non-profit setting is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Familiarity with reporting and TA Operations is a huge plus!

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
