Your Role & Impact
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for professionally responding to patient inquiries received through phone, text, and other communication platforms. Responsibilities include entering and maintaining demographic information in TrueCare’s Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.), scheduling appointments, answering general questions about services, sending messages to clinical staff, and forwarding calls for further triage.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center or customer service department/environment.
- Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- May be required to travel between TrueCare locations therefore a valid California Driver’s License, proof of valid insurance and clean driving record required.
